I'm auditioning for Camp Rock: The Musical in a few weeks - going out for Mitchie. I'm an alto, and my director recommended that I do a song from a pop musical - High School Musical, The Wedding Singer, something along those lines. Any recommendations would be awesome! I was thinking maybe taking "Right in Front of Your Eyes" from The Wedding Singer down, but if I could find a song that would be more in my range originally, that'd be even better. I'd like to do a song from Camp Rock, but don't know if that would be smart since some directors don't like when you audition with songs from the musical itself. I'm writing a story in which the main character, a girl 11 years old, falls from a certain undetermined height and is swept down a river. She smacks her head around quite a bit, and now cannot remember her last name, her phone number, or the names of her brothers (save for one). This amnesia can be reversed, as later on in the story, she has a flash as everything comes back to her. If you could help me figure out what this type of amnesia would be, I'd be very grateful! Kay, so my mom and my birth father are divorced, and sometimes, i think i'd like to get in contact with him, since i haven't seen him since i was 4, and i'm now in my late teens, but i don't know where he lives, and he hasn't even attempted getting into contact with me since then. Alright, so I've been seeing this guy for a little over a month now, and I REALLY like him. Problem is, his parents don't think that he should have a girlfriend, and thus, hate me. They won't let him do anything with me over the weekends or anything, and have even sunk to giving me dirty stares when I see them.
