2 yrs. ago you helped restore the sound back to my computer (start; accessories; system tool; system restore; back date). Now the same thing has happened again except when I try to apply Turn Off System Restore, I get an air message that reads: "Encountered an error trying to Enable/Disable one or more drives. Please restart your machine and try again" But it does not work. Can you (or anyone else) help out again?

I have a Touch. All my purchased iTunes from my previous Pod have downloaded onto it. But how do I get the CDs to do the same? I've downloaded about 5 discs but they just sit there. How do I transfer them to my Touch? I know I must be missing a very simple step!

Apple will not accept my password to my Apple ID. I request it be sent to my Email but I get nothing. I am not able to Sync my Nano and I-Touch together because I cannot gain access to Apple. What do I have to do? Change my password?
