I am doing my transfer to a financial school, I was looking forward to go to UCCON but irealized i can not aford to go there since I am an inmigrant and I pay my studies by myself, it is very difficult for me to come out with that much money and on top i wouldnt be able to work in storrs because there is almost nothing over there. Since Western Connecticut University offers a financial school as well and is more affordable and also is located in a bigger city, I would like to hear some opinions about that University since Im not from here and I have never heard of it before.

well i live in NY and i have an idea for a school project, but i dont know how to develope it, it is an electronic device but since i dont have any engineering background i can not do it my self. Does someone know wher could i go to explain this and make my idea go from abstract to a phisical device?

I have a 2002 honda civic and i went to the gas station and fill up the tank, then i tried to start the car and wouldnt, the lights worked, and the panel light up but it wont start. What could that be, somebody told me it could be the timing belt but my car is like 79 000 miles and i thought that was arround 90 000 miles anyway could somebody give me a good answer?
