When building a web page can you make a master html page that has specific items that when changed or added on the master page will automatically change on all other pages? Lets say your logo or phone number is at the top and it changes, or you want to add a new slogan so it is reflected on every page without fixing each page. Thanks from a newbie.

Is it a good plan to get another card or even two to transfer as much as possible to a lower rate so these can be paid off sooner, or is there a better strategy?

Sorry if this has been covered in a previous post. I have 18,000 in credit card debt and all are basically maxed out. Most are at the dreaded 29% due to late payments, (none over 30 days though.) I don't have enough equity to borrow on my home. My credit score is about 700 depending on the agency.

I have not been late for a while but as Clark says "they know I have no where else to go," so asking for a rate reduction hasn't worked. All of the cards are cut up but not closed. I have caught up enough so I won't be late anymore, even with the new cards. However, almost all we pay goes to only interest so we are not getting ahead. We are a family of 4 and total household income is under 30k so there's not much more spending that can be cut. While we are trying to increase our income we need a better plan now. Thanks.

Can you get the same web content and access with EDGE as Wifi? For example, through EDGE do you get the same content on espn.com or functionality on your bank site as on Wifi? Can you do with EDGE what you can do with wifi except EGDE is sometimes slower? I have an 8310 with only EDGE and am deciding if I should get a 8320 with wifi.

The coax digital sound out from the cable box is going into the digital coax input of the a Pioneer VSX-516-K receiver. Sound comes out only on some of the channels. NBC, ABC, and some others won't come through, but C-span and some others do. When I add the analog cables, the receiver switches to the analog inputs on the chanels I don't hear on digital. It still stays digital on the rest. I could live with the switching, but the digital out channels are 10db louder than the analog channels. Also, my dvd recorder's sound outut is connected via digital coax. It passes sound from a factory disk, but not from a disk that recorded a program on a channel that I can't hear through the cable box's digital out. Any idea what is happening and how to fix this? Obviously I would like all the sound to come through the coax. Thanks.

I have a HP laptop that is 3ys old. It suddenly is very slow on all apps and some have started to lock up. I've done the disk clean, defrag, and virus and spyware check. Any suggestions? Thanks.

When I push the power button it comes on for 2-3 seconds then shuts off. Any suggestions as to what it could be or what it needs to be replaced? Thanks.

The car can't be sold because there's not $10,000 cash to payoff the loan.There's 4.5 years left at $715/mo. It can be traded in for a new one with a 3 yr lease at $691 and be free and clear at the end. Is this one of those rare exceptions where leasing makes sence? Or is there a better way? The goal is to get out from being upside down and get a $250 used car. Thanks.
