I simply stated that because of the significance of the Supreme Court Appointments opportunity for the next President that although McCain is not my preference of President, I had to go with him over Obama. The essence of the Constitution shall never change, repeat never change. It was designed to protect the people from the gov't, it's designed so that gov't doesn't intrude into your private life, it's designed to prevent tyranny. Unfortunately special interests and despotic leaders have abridged these rights and now the general population have come to believe that all these laws are legal, they are not. The people of this nation need to truely understand what the constitution is. It is a contract between the people and our gov't therefore it can only be modified when we all agree on the terms.

Yesterday late afternoon, I accidently mowed over a sprig of a newly planted flower on the border between the house next door and my house. Apparently, there was a wire next to the freshly planted flowered plant. Unbeknownst to me, this devilish act was perpetrated. The victim? A Police Captain of the largest city in my state 20 or so miles away. He happens to occupy the house next to mine. We do have history of less the friendly relationship since he took on his 3rd wife. Before, it was an amicable relationship. We actually had good conversations on my deck, along with my wife, many good nights of discussion. THEN, the new wife arrived along with two little indoor type non-stop ear-piercing, screeching, barking demon dogs. Asked them to control them with no success, eventually, won judgment from the local judge for them to quiet them. Obviously, THEY resented it. So now, back to yesterday. They actually called 911 and said they were going to court and sue me over a $3.00 plant. Wow.

Why should someone pay more % of the earnings just they have more income through either good fortune and/or hard work? Is it not more appropriate to have a flat tax after say, tax free upto a reasonable level? You know, Obama is promising a tax increase and it always ends up hurting everyone.

Let's say you have your money that you worked so hard for for years, placed in an investment, one that you are counting on to provide for your retirement years put in the hands of someone who says he is going to change the investment strategy without specifics? If you have a lick of sense, you'd balk at the idea. Would you trust your money to someone who has a thin resume at best and moreover a record of losing money to handle your future? Why then are those of you trusting someone who has NO experience with issues that concern your future in matters that concern your future as an American? False promises and empty rhetoric without substance is NO way to invest with the future of our American Way of life.

Can he unring a bell that he has rung for two decades? Can he get a pass on his association with the church and their leaders or should the American people remember these relationships and realize that they continue even if he 'publicly' disconnects with the organization?

How could anyone continue to dismiss the apparent 'mean spirited' comments of those who support this candidate? Issue after issue, statement after statement reveal what is at the heart of this movement.

I'm trying to determine where I'm missing the Obamamania movement. Can you give me at least 2 good, legitimate reasons why I should put my faith in what he has to offer my future?
