We are doing a lease to own. The seller is going to cover all of our closing costs which would include all of the home inspections. We are covered under the lease for 3-4 months until we close and the seller is giving us a 1 year warranty on the property. Should I wait till closing to have the seller pay for the inspections or should I pay for them out of pocket before even moving into the property? The realtor is pushing getting them done now.

I do not like taking medicine, I would rather take natural supplements. I have some sort of hormonal imbalance since I had my son a year ago so I need to take something to help. I also need to take something for anxiety and stress. Is there any websites out there that give good advice on what is the best to take? Thank you!

My daughter is 3 years old. She has been coughing for months and months all night long and it just seems to be getting worse. The only time she coughs during the day is if she is running around otherwise she NEVER coughs. I have taken her to a ENT and he didn't see anything wrong. He just wanted me to make sure she isn't gasping for air during sleep. I still don't think coughing all night is normal either, have you ever heard of this and is this normal?? I'm really getting concerned. Thank you!

I have been back and forth to the pediatrician about 10 times now for the same issues with my son who is almost 3 months old. He had his first set of shots a couple weeks ago and from then on he started really spitting up his formula and just screaming like he was in pain. The Dr. put him on anti-acid medicine but that wasn't working. Then he said he probably has a milk allergy and put him on that Similac Art. formula for food allergies and colic. He has been on that for almost a week now and he is having nasty diarrhea, he is still spitting up, and he still screames b/c he's having bad gas pains. I am ready to flip out, I am soooo sick of dealing with this Dr. but I don't know what to do. The Dr. wants me to try another kind of anti-acid medicine and leave him on this formula. What do you think I should do???

My daughter is 2 1/2 and was just diagnosed with Autism. I know about the ECHO program through Tricare but I was told that the Army would only send us to bases that offer the best care for my daughter. I was only told that Ft. Bragg has a good program but I wasn't told about any others. Do you have any idea where I can get this information?? Thank you!

My daughter is 2 1/2 and she is bouncing off the walls 24/7 destroying anything and everything in her path! I have to almost follow her around all day long watching her every move. She will not listen to a WORD that comes out of my mouth. I tell her "NO THROWING" and put her in time out and she just doesn't get it. She sits there and laughs at me and really could care less. I have tried spanking her but we all know that doesn't work either. I cannot take her anywhere, I can't take her to other peoples houses b/c she will break something every single time. She doesn't have any consequences for her actions that work so she just walks all over me. Please help me before I lose my mind!!!

Two and a half year old with a really bad dry raspy cough. I have her in bed right now and she is coughing her head off, what can I do to help her??? I don't want to wake her up and have her stand in the bathroom with steam and I cannot put a humidifier in her room b/c she'll be able to get to it and burn herself. Any other suggestions??? My husband is in Iraq and we have a 2 1/2 year old daughter named Emelyn Dale, we call her Emmy. I am being induced in exactly two weeks with our baby boy, that's if I make it through the next two weeks. We still don't have a name for him! I want something unique like my daughters name, strong, and I like old fashioned. We were going to name him Lawson Earl, we have to use the middle name Earl. I just don't feel like I'm in LOVE with the name Lawson though.

Do you have any suggestions, please think unique and almost unheard of and it has to go well with the middle name Earl.
