i came across an advertisement about the pinhole glasses.

from the advertisement, they claim that pinhole glasses (without my prescription lenses) can help me to focus farther away, leave my eyes relaxed, " teach your eyes to focus again" , no strain or headaches caused by over-powered glasses especially when performing near work such as reading, computer or writing, less dependent on eye-crutches, and It even helps to develop good vision habits – relaxed central vision.

i wonder, will it really help me to improve my Myopia (Nearsightedness)?

is there any side-effect if i wear pinhole glasses?

hi, i am studying nutrition at university, this semester is my final semester, i have one year time to complete my thesis, next year May, i have to pass up my thesis. but why? why we have to do thesis before we graduate?

i need 60 families to be my thesis subjects. when i start looking for my subjects, i felt like i wanna drop out, people refuse to participate cos i need their highly co-operation for 1 month. when they reject me, i felt hopeless. thank god, i managed to get 60 subjects in 2 months time. now, i am analyzing my data. i feel depress, every now and then, i am looking at the same thing, they are boring. furthermore, some of the data is not complete where i have to rewrite to make it complete.

can anyone give me advise or counseling? i need strong and convincing reason, so that i can convince myself to continue.

months ago, i accidentally downloaded a file contains trojan, but i stop donwloading when it was 88%. Recently, my school computer is affected by trojan and i do not realise, i used my thumbdrive to save files.

In my computer i have lavasoft (ad-aware) and ESET. both detected trojan in my computer. they are in C:100\A0059805.exe., win32.trojan.file, C:\system volume and D:\\system volume information......win32/QrapTrojan.

i try to detect trojan in my thumbdrive, i manage to delete it by using AVG ( from friend). Now my ESET does not detect any harmful substain in it.

what can i do??

shall i reformat my computer? or download free software to kill trojan?

pore strips (Biore), i used before, but the blackheads still come back to me, and i heard that it is not good because once rip off, the pores will become bigger.
