I ordered an item from an online shop the goods never showed up, I have contacted the vender, what next?
I have emailed asking for money back, they have said several times they would but never have.I have phoned a couple of times once they ended the conversation by saying f-off.
Who do I report them too, or what should I do next?

Is it possible to switch the intergated one off?

This problem occurered at the same point where I have lost network connection on a wired network. When I try and connect it says can't obtain IP.
I have checked my router and it is set to issue IPs automatically.
I have also tried restoring old system settings on my PC.

I am not saying it was. But on the ITV news yesterday they showed all the damage to the ship before the fire and how it would cost millions to repair. Then it burns down and all the valuable non damaged bits and bits which were hard to replace were not on the ship. Only the rotting wood and rusting iron were there when it burned.
All the masts, statues etc were all safe.
