We have an office partner who has no contract with us but he is sharing a 5 yr lease for the office who pulled out and now is refusing to pay his half.

I have a lease its for two yrs. I contacted the Lanlord and gave her a Four month notice. We have to leave becuase its a small town and my husbands profession will not sustain him up here. We have been here for 8 months. This would carry us thru april 1st with her.

She wanted me to pay April and May and then all would be good. I told her to keep deposite for April and I sent her another check for May. I paid for advertising. I am showing the house.

If she cannot rent this, doesnt what I have done have any merit to help me from being sued? I am doing everything she required of me to break that lease. Its just hard now to find a renter in the winter in the mountains.

I have it in writing via email what she wanted and that she said it wa fine and she was going to work with me and help me. AND i have it in writing that she would NOT sue me!!!!!!!!!

We received determination from civil rights commission that my husband was discriminated against for being disabled at his college. They told us we have a mediation in Sept and to get a lawyer. We called lawyer and found one to do it on contingency. Is this good? any advice?

Got neighbors who the guy works for the apratments.. and he disturbs the peace ALL the time and they do notihng to him. Matter of fact, they even sent this idiot into MY apartment on a maintenance call, and I complain about him constantly!!!!! I dont know what to do any more. The after hrs dont start until 10 and it doesnt do any good, the security guards know him too.

We live in an apart and the ceiling/floors are so thin.. we just had new people move in upstairs and the noise is awful AFTER HOURS. They stomp thru the bedroom, my dog is afraid because of the noise. I can't sleep. I am on mandatory 6 days a week at work and I gotta have my sleep...... There has got to be some rights... the last place we lived we had the same thing and we complained and they made US leave!!! I'm a super light sleeper but even so, they are way loud and its only just beginning... I have 5 months till I can move into my house. Anyone else dealing or dealt with this before?? HELP

My husband is at Palmer. We are done in 2 yrs. Is it a safe career to say, hey we are moving here and I can start a practice that has lots of other chiro's and still make a living? the student loans scare me. We will owe 150k by the time he is done. He wants to move to Boise and I'm thinking there is already a lot of Chiro's there and not that many poeple. What do you think? we are in our 40's and its late for us.
