Spliced USB Cord; Pink, White, Blue and Clear wires showing. Which is negative and positive?
The four wires are pink, white, light blue, and a clear one. I’m trying to put a new USB end on it and can’t figure out which is the pos. & neg. The other USB I clipped only had a white and red wire. So out of the four wires I’m confused with, which should I connect to the white and red on the other USB? Thank you so much for the help!
2 AnswersEngineering3 years agoIs it possible to just move to another state with no game plan and have everything work out fine?
Living in Maine is so depressing. I’m a 22yr old male, single, and I’ve just been so depressed and lonely. I just feel like every single day is so repetitive and there’s no chance to be something here. I’m all for spontaneous change. Anything for some kind of excitement in my life. I would really like to live in NYC but, from my understanding, it’s expensive as hell there and I’m not exactly “rich.” But I figure if one morning I decide to just leave Maine and head there, something would work out eventually. I do still have a car payment and misc bills I have to pay for but maybe could do freelance work to pay those until I find a new job? Idk. What would you do?
1 AnswerSingles & Dating3 years agoHave you ever unknowingly traded/gave something away that was worth a lot of money? And then found out afterwards? Similar stories?
For example, when I was a kid I collected baseball cards. The Red Sox were my favorite team at the time (back when they were good, so this was about 2004, I was 8 years old) and Pedro Martinez was my absolute favorite pitcher lol. And I had a Hank Aaron baseball card in mint condition (which is now worth a little over $300k) that was handed down to me and I traded it for a Pedro Martinez rookie card .... I didn't know that card was worth anything. It probably wasn't even at the time. I dunno, things like that that collectors buy differentiate in value so often it could've been worthless when I had it. But yeah. It's now worth $300k and I remember trading it like it was yesterday. I was reminded while going through my old baseball cards and seeing the Pedro rookie card... Needless to say I burned that Pedro rookie card hahaha. ANYWAY, anyone else have any similar stories? Or any stories? I'm bored, want answers haha
2 AnswersOther - Entertainment4 years agoWhat is the significance of a memory? Seriously..? What's the point of having memories if you can't be in that situation again?
What is the point of a memory if it's just there but you can no longer re-live it? Usually if, let's say... You go through a break up, you'll be upset and consulting someone and they will say something like "well, at least you have the memories with that person."
Actually, let's use the scenario of mourning after a death. So someone says those words to you - what are you suppose to do with those memories? Remember them? That's it? You can't benefit at all from a memory. What good is remembering something if you can't have it again? To me it would make more sense to not want to remember it. It's exactly like when someone dies and someone will tell you to "remember the good times you guys had together."
??? If I'm upset over someone close to me dying, why would I want to remember happy times with them? Wouldn't that actually make me more sad? To remember the time that they were alive and we were all happy and laughing together? Why not remember the bad times? When they pi$$ed you off? Wouldn't that make it easier to get over it?
The whole memory thing just doesn't make sense to me. I don't even know if I explained it the way I wanted to... I just don't see the significance of a memory if it doesn't do anything besides remind you of times you've had in the past. What's the point of remembering something that you can't feel again? Just to know that you have felt that at some point? Well that seems even more pointless, and depressing, to me.... ?
5 AnswersPsychology4 years agoDid you get what you wanted out of life, or did things just sort of happen for you?
I guess the title doesn t really word it in the best way.... By this I mean;
So, whatever dreams for your future you may have had - whether it was to be famous, be rich, start your own business, travel the world and meet the love of your life, build your own home and start a family, whatever - did it happen the way you wanted it to, or expected it to? Or did life just sort of ... i don t know, happen? And you are where you are now because it just "happened?"
And if you didn t really have future goals, are you happy with the way your life is going? Do you feel like there is a void at all in your life? I m just curious. Please don t hold back on details if you don t want to. Details like: Any regrets? Any lessons you ve learned? What you would do differently? Etc.
Thank you for answering!! :)
2 AnswersPolls & Surveys4 years agoIf someone gave you $400, and you could only spend it on something you can flip - make more money, what would you buy?
The question is pretty much written out in the title... But serious answers only please. Idk why I am curious about this. I do kinda want to see what people would buy. Personally, I d probably buy furniture off CL. Fix them up, flip them. But yeah, what would you purchase? I guess if you need a specific time frame... 2 weeks. You were given $400 cash, the only thing(s) you can buy with it is something you plan on turning around & making money off. Or, I guess, if you used that money to gamble or whatever to make more off that would count. But not everyone is good at gambling.. *sigh*.... Anything you can think of that you would put that money into to make more money. Doesn t necessarily have to be buying & then reselling.
Anyway, answer away!
