I see prices are being driven up by investors buying houses 20 or 30 thousand dollars over the fair price of the home. In my area I see prices have gone up like 60K in 2 years and with all the ghost inventory I get the feeling this can't be good. I just looked at a house last week and I see the estimate on every real estate website is like 30K under what the sellers are asking for it. Now if this home sells for that or even higher is just going to drive the price up for all other properties in the area, it's insane!

Can they really flight a 777 under radar detection, because if they can we can all be in a lot of trouble if they don't find this Malaysia Airlines 777.

Here is how I get there. They keep saying that the 49ers are overrated, so in essence then they are saying that their team is overrated as well since they have no defeated any good teams for their own 3 - 0 start. They barely defeated the Panthers in week 1, then they defeated an overrated 49er team at home in week 2. On week 3 they defeated the worst team in the league, the Jacksonville Jaguars also at home.

So the Seahawk fans and coach Carroll and their trash talking CB need to either admit that they defeated the defending NFC champ 49ers to be able to say that they are a good team and not overrated, or they need to admit that they suck just as bad since they have not defeated any good teams this season. Which is it?

Every year Romo fans and others pick the Cowboys to make the playoffs or win the division and then when Romo screws up as usual they say that it is because he has to do it all by himself and he has no talent around him or he has no defense or running game to help him etc.

Why is it that at the beginning of the season the pundits think the Cowboys have what it takes to make a run for the Super Bowl but when Romo blows it out of the water the Cowboys become a team with no talent? You can't have it both ways. I believe they always get close and the whole team makes an effort to go far and Romo always finds a way to choke and throw everything away, not the other way around, that Romo gets no help.What do other people think? I want to know.

Just one winning season, and Pete Carroll has never really been a very good NFL coach. If they do good this season I will give them credit, but one winning season does not do it for me. Remember the 2011 Detroit Lions and how everybody was jumping on their bandwagon?. Yeah, people say the Seahawks are loaded with talent but somehow is hard for me to see them as more than the perennial losers they are.

Win or lose tomorrow, Harbaugh has been proven correct to switch QB's. Where do you think Alex Smith will be next season. I am sure he will not be a 49er.
