Unable to add visa debit card in paypal?
I've tried to add the visa debit card on Paypal, I put in all the correct information and submitted the form. Then I got an error message saying "Your card has been refused by the bank that issued it"
EXCEPT I contacted my bank. Not only had they not refused anything, but they had no record of any interaction between Paypal and my bank account. I also checked my information with them and the account is set up and working and they have no idea why this error is popping up.
Anybody get this problem before?

My problem is I opened a paypal account yesterday then paypal gave me two small amount for confirming my bank account when entered this amount paypal cut from my bank account 14.5 USD, I contected them through e-mail for this reason but they donot give me any reply please help give me any suggesstion what can now i do? how to reclaim this money?
