after looking around it seems difficult to find a house with "potential" at a low cost because they have been snatched up, rehabbed, and flipped, putting them in a higher price range bracket. On the "flip"side, in my town some of the older neighborhoods that were falling apart and gang infested have been fixed up by flippers and are decent to live in now. how do you feel about it?
