I am a care taker for a mentally handicapped adult... a gentleman came to the door of the homeowner (her parents) and asked if one of her parents were home...she told them no because they are on vacation in another state. He asked if she was his Daughter and she said yes and closed teh door cause she got scared. She is 32 years old and declared mentally incompetent by the state. When she came and told me about it i went to the door and found the papers stuck in the door. Is this legal to do? She cannot legally accept anything being mentally handicapped. Should i return the summons to the court and tell them they need to try again when the homeowner returns from vacation? what can i do Im not able to be responsible for the summons myself as i am just a care taker. and she is mentally ill....what should we do and is it even legal to just stick a paper in the door?

My mother went into the hospital 4 days ago for surgery. They have not allowed her to eat since that day which was thursday 4/29/10. They did a blood draw to check for diabetes (still before she has had anything to eat in the 4 days) and told her that she has diabetes...can a test for Diabetes be accurate after not eating for 4 days...all she has had is ice chips.

I need to file a modification from here in Arizona so I'm unable to just head over to the court house.

You know this year I wanted to make something different. Thanksgiving dinner is becoming a little repetitive and I was wondering what might be some unique things you have on your table other than the traditional Turkey, Vegetables and the like.

for many years now i often wake up with facial swelling including eyes lips and cheeks while sleeping. Im not allergic to anything and i keep my bedding very clean. I go to bed fine and wake up and my whole face is swollen. No known reason for it. What could be causing this. i also experience night sweats almost nightly. im 27 so i know this is not a menopausal thing. what could be going on...anyone with any clues?

can you touch a baby bird without mother abandoning it? There is a baby bird on my lawn in the shade right now but i live in arizona and as soon as the sun moves its going to cook...hes calling out for mom. Can i move it without its mother abandoning it? It will die if i dont move it from the heat.

I accidentally deleted my recycle bin off my desktop while trying to empty it. I can't find a short cut to copy back to my desktop. How do i retrieve it so i can empty it without having to do a disk cleanup everytime. I have windows vista and also i have run a search of the computer but it has not found it

My children live in a different state with their mother. Illinois to be specific. I have lived in arizona now for 4 years. Can i file with the state of arizona for modification of visitation and support from here since i am a resident or do i have to file in illinois

You know with all the media coverage its hard to take all the information in about the bailout. Some are saying if the bill passes it won't cost americans anything but other are saying it will. Which is true? Can anyone give me a break down on how this will affect americans if it does pass and if it does not pass? In simple lamens terms please.

For the last week to maybe two weeks i've been having weird outbreaks. Im fine during the day (80% of the time) and when i come home, after about 2-3hrs i start itching like mad. i just run my nails up the itch and i get big welts on my skin and if yourun your hand over the area it feels like a poison ivy rash. and it can get VERY extreme, its mostly a night thing i notice. i've done everything from removing everything new i may have bought. throughly washed all bedding, and the weirdest part about all this is that in the morning, its all gone, the welts, rash ...everything! and im fine till later in the day. so it seems to be localized to evening. the itching is so intense i can't stop itching at all...i get very swollen. and its completely random where it decides to start itching. Any ideas? this is really bothering me. i almost can't sleep at night. I can tell you for sure its not hives. i've had hives and its nothing like this. before i could scratch an itch and be fine, now when i do it i get huge welts followed by a rash that feels like sandpaper and looks like a poison ivy rash, (its not any of those though, i live in arizona, its not natural here, and im also severly allergic to poison ivy. so i have no idea...sorry for rambling

I'm looking to start a new vampire romance series but have yet to hear of any that might be out there other than the series i have just finished. J.R. Ward's black dagger brotherhood. which was amazing. So if anyone knows any good romance/action vampire (series only) please share. Also they must be adult novels. as in i don't want to read stephanie meyer's "Young Adult" series. it bores me. to cutesy. i want action sequence and heavy romance (you know what I'm talking about) the stuff i just can't put down.

I recently purchased my daughter a tadpole habitat and come to find out i can't order tadpoles off the internet till summer is over. So if you know any stores that carry them here in town could you please let me know....Geesh where i grew up there were tadpoles in little mud puddles after a storm....it seems the smallest of childrens pleasures are lacking in arizona

Ok i came into this show late 2nd season and im really enjoying it, However, i have never figured out if this is a reality show or is it like a scripted show...it seems like its reality cause of the way its filmed but the way they act and do things it seems scripted. they walk around to premiers of other movies and stuff like the show is just a show and its not them in real life....its just all so weird. which is it?

the couple that breaks down in this shady litle town and they have to stay in this hotel in the back of a gas station and they find the video tapes that show people in the same hotel room being murdered. Its bugging the crap out of me and i just saw it recently. and then people try to kill them and they have this system of underground tunnels under the hotel and service shop. i wish i could tell you the name of th e actor that im sure i know from it but somebody must know this movie
