Does anyone know how I can get hold of "The Ballad of the Green Beret" the version with the words.?
The song is played at the end of an old Black & White war film, its an American of course and John Wayne is in it. Aparently It was based on a true story and when the song was made the Americans banned it from being played in America. It was on the TV on Sunday just gone. At the end of the film John Wayne has to break the news to a little viet manese boy that his Peter-son is dead. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated as my husband has been trying to find it for years. I would love to be able to get it for him as a surpise for xmas. I have tried the Internet and not had any luck plenty of books but no music with words.

I have recently found my half sister and we started to email each other and now for some reason everytime I send one it comes up with "message returned sorry we have been unable to send your mail contact the postmaster" but then even that comes back with the same message. WHAT CAN I DO!!!!
