We live in Cincinnati and are having friends from Mississippi over for Thanksgiving. I plan on making the basics (turkey, celery/sage stuffing mashed potato's, sweet potato casserole, corn, peas and carrots, corn pudding, pecan and pumpkin pie) will this suffice for dinner or am I leaving some southern element out?

My two dogs are going crazy for spinach artichoke dip?

So are they just crazy or is this really ok for them to eat? Perhaps its the garlic and cream........ no idea. What do you think?

So I am a season ticket holder for the Bengals and I sold my ticket because Im also a team mom for pee wee football...........what would you choose?

It is a mission that provides meals and shelter for homess families. The menu is planned fried chicken, mashed potatos, corn and dessert. If I go to KFC, Lee's or Popeyes and tell them what I am doing do you think they will give me a discount of some kind. I am not trying to be cheap but it could get expensive to buy this food for 25 people. I just wonder if the restaurants have a program to give discounts to mission work. Thanks!

I like mayo, ketchup, pickle, onion, lettuce, mustard and tomato (in season)...........sometimes I like the avacado or black and bleu but this is my all time fav!

Im making a pot of chili.(carn carne) ya know the red tomato based chili with beans, and ground meat that we all eat.......I have been cooking for years and know how to make great chili. However, I am trying a new style. What Cumin to Chili Powder ratio do you use? I have seen everything in cookbooks from 4cumin/1chili powder to 6 chili posder to 1 cumin. So what is your perference? its on the stove now lol............

Today she opened up and told me she is working with her cousions papers. Her cousion is married to an american and is taking her taxes etc in exchange for the identity. She feels like nothing. Im torn.......Do I help heror turn her in? she is my age (mid 30's) and trying to make a living she pays her bills and dosent take gogt assistance.

So here is my SERIOUS question. If you are not from the USA but living here and don't like the policies and/or the people and "your Country" is better then why not just leave here and go back to your native place?
