I am trying to convert 12 volts coming from my car down to 5 volts. I have look at some calculators online but cant figure out what ohm resistor I need.

Downloaded a movie and tried using drmdbg.exe to strip the Drm from the movie but no success. Since then I have noticed the same ads banners on different webpages so I began to think it was some adware but I ran avg-anti-virus and it did not find anything. I was unable to run spybot search and destroy, I click the icon and nothing pops up. So I tried to download the newest version and when it goes to update it cannot find the server. I have the same issue with AVG it is unable to find the update server. I am able to browse the web and download certain files. The only file I have found to be a problem downloading is windows media player 11. When I click the download now it goes to "this page cannot be displayed" I checked everything on my other computer on the same router and it works fine. Any thoughts on what to try next.

P.S I did check the Hosts file and it is fine.

I have a Urei 1620 Mixer and I want to sell it however I don't know how much it is worth. Does anyone have an educated guess to how much I could sell it for?

So I have the background of my website and I want to create a kinda spash area for text that is transparent so you can still kinda see the background through the image I overlay. I know how to make things have 1/2 opacity in paint.net but when I export the image it has either no opacity (solid fill) or it does not even show up(100% opacity). I found this site that has what I want but I can't figure out how to do it.

I want to create an desktop icon shortcut that when clicked will launch a program to open internet explorer and log me into the website "http://www.logmein.com"./ I first looed at a batch file but soon realized it would not allow me to automatically enter my username and password. Any thoughts or suggestions welcome.
