95 ford ranger 4.0 4x4 clutch slipping when hot.?
Is there any adjustment on the clutch to relief pressure or feel like it's
hung up to cause slipping on the engagement? Brand new clutch, when hot the clutch will lose grip on the friction plates. When it cooled off....It's good again.

I have no power on pick-up and after reaching 15 mph it runs smooth again. Having problem in morning with cold start. Feels like i'm running on 4 cyl. only. I have changed fuel filter/ spark plug/ air filter/. spark plug wire and still shakes on idle.
any suggestions? Sometimes, pick-up is so bad, from no power, I get hooks from people behind. Could it be fuel pump? or timing gear issue.

I have changed spark plug wires, spark plugs. The manual saids to look for vacuum leaks, I don't find any. cleaned air filter. Could it be the timing gear is worn? Or better yet, give the engine a compression test. Not burning oil, it's got 250,000 miles. Got any suggestions?
