I usually run about a 9-10 minute mile (1 mile is a cooldown, so about 14 minutes) and I usually burn about 740 calories according to my nike sensor, but my sister says that it should be more than that.. what do you think?

There is a co-worker that I am trying to get to know better. As of now, we get along great and I don't get the sense that she is put off by me talking to her. We flirt a little bit, but its nothing big. Since I work in a different division, I usually only see her when she is on her break and I am leaving work. I have now started to sit and talk to her before I leave for work, but now I'm thinking that I might be pestering her. There is another guy at work who is notorious for bothering her and she can't stand it. I really listen to her and want to get to know her more, but I definitely don't want her to think that I'm a creeper loser like this guy (which i'm not, haha). Thus far, I've been getting pretty good feedback from her (she says we should hang out, asks me questions, etc.) Should I stop and talk with her only on occasion and not everyday? Any Advice given would be great. Thanks
