we sent it in for repair and waited 3 weeks to get it back. they say they sent a replacement but it still does the same thing. now when we try to contact xbox for the past 2 weeks they say they'll send another return box so we can send it in again but the box doesn't get here so we call back and they have no record of our calls even if we give them the reference #

when I turn it back on the screen is black except a warning that it was turned off due to a thermal event and press F1 to continue or F2 for setup. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

I used to drink Clearly Canadian all the time but haven't seen it in any stores for years. Anyone know where I can find it or why the stores don't sell it anymore?

My neighbor watches for vandalism, stealing cars, etc. around our building and tries to catch the culprit on tape. I found out he taped some kids breaking something outside. He reported the incident to the manager. The kids next door and possibly my children are on the tape. The other kids mom said she will be viewing it today. We called the police but they said it is legal because it's on public property and not looking up skirts or something. I feel it is wrong in this day and age to tape children without consent unless of course the crime is very serious. He certainly didn't catch the person who tagged my car with graffiti a couple of weeks ago. Catching a true criminal is one thing but taping children playing outside is scary!
