  • How to celebrate becoming a "Top Contributor"?

Lost my TC status a few months ago. Degraded and humiliated, I spend months in seclusion hiding away from the world. A few weeks ago, I emerged from my dark abyss as an enlightened man with an unflinching determination for the betterment of my fellow man. With new knowledge of all the mysteries of the universe, I've finally earned back one of my former TC badges. How should I celebrate regaining this great status?

  • Are Modern Warfare 2 downloadable maps worth it?

If you do not remember, they're two 5-map packs for 1200 Microsoft points (or $15) each. So 10 total maps for 2400 points (or $30) total. I have enough Microsoft points, but $30 is still a LOT for just downloadable content.

BQ: Which map pack is better? The Resurgence or Stimulus Package? If you could only buy one, which will you pick?

  • How can I make water, ice, and steam coexist?

Just out of interest. What is practical way of attaining the conditions where all three phases of water can coexist? In other words, how can I create an environment inhabitable by water, ice, and steam at the same time without needing to spend a fortune on equipment?

  • Should Harden start as PG instead of Westbrook?

Westbrook could still be the starting shooting guard and occasional point guard. Don't get me wrong, I still think Westbrook is the better player, but Harden seems to be a better point guard. I've been saying this for a while now, but it was good to see Van Gundy giving Harden some recognition. I think this guy will be great.

  • What's a good excuse for not calling her?

So there is this really cute girl (Avril Lavigne with black hair). I talked to her about 3 times and got her to come over to my place. She clearly wanted sex because she talked about having sex the whole night, but I was too dumb to realize it. Still cry myself to sleep for that one. I mean I barely know her so I didn't think she wanted sex that fast. Then again, looking at my body, I don't blame her.

Anyway, when leaving, she told me to call her to hang out that weekend. I haven't called her and its been about 4-5 weeks. My average looking girlfriend (soon to be ex-gf) is in Florida so I'm going to call the really cute girl tonight. Its been like a month, so what's a good excuse for taking so long to call?

  • What do you call the things in stores?

When you go into a store (say Wal-mart), the products are arranged and stacked on these huge things in the stores. They separate the aisles and have different types of products. They have shelves and price tags (usually) stuck on them.

    Pictures:

What are those things called? Dumb question, but I honestly do not know the official term(s) for that thing.

  • Should I take the stairs or the space shuttle?

God called me from her Droid cell phone the other day. She told me that I've been really sweet and it was time to head on up to heaven. For some reason, she had an Indian accent. Anyway, it got me thinking, should I take the stairway to heaven or use my space shuttle?

On one hand, taking the shuttle should be a lot faster and gain me some popularity on arrival, but there's the huge possibility of getting lost or running out of fuel on the way and I don't know what space shuttle parking is like up there. On the other hand, going up the stairs should be a great workout and it leads directly to heaven. However, I'm not sure how long it will take or if I can possibly climb all the way. Imagine walking half the way and getting a super shin splint or stress fracture in the legs. That won't be sexy.

Anyway, what should I do? At least I won't die either way, right? "Best Answer" to best answer.

  • What is going on in the Middle East?

Seems like N. Africa and the Middle East have been in never-ending unrest all year (that's 2011 for all you readers in the future). First, it was Tunisia and Algeria who really got the ball rolling late 2010. Then, Egypt and Syria got out of hand in like January this year. Next, Libya went basically into civil war starting around February or March. I also remember hearing about some issues in Iran, Yemen, and some other countries. Am I missing any?

What's going on? How far could it spread? Eastern Europe? The rest of south Asia? How will this affect our future and reshape policies in the region? What about the children (OMG, the children!)? What about oil prices? Speculators will use this as more reasons to increase price of fuel. Those are the real terrorists if you ask me. Oh and whatever happened to Osama bin Laden, Al-qaeda, and the rest of those troublemakers?

You can answer all my specific questions or you can answer without specifically answering any. Either way, I will give free 2 points just for answering. "Best Answer" to the best answer.

  • Can I delete my answer?

Some guy asked how to cover up his acne and in all sincerity I said he should put a brown paper bag on his head. So the clown blocked me and now I can't go back to his question. It says, "You cannot view this question at this time." However, my answer is still there and his question is still listed with my other answers.

Is there any way at this point to delete my answer or would he have to unblock me first? I fear that I may not be selected "best answer".

  • What is the best way to ruin a party?

It's very late, you finally get home from your part-time job after your classes, and your college roommate (who never goes to his classes or work) is throwing his 4th party this week. First was his 21st birthday party. The next 3 were to celebrate how "awesome" the previous party was.

Or maybe your parents came to your college campus and are in your dorm throwing a party to help you lose your virginity. They've invited everyone.

I could go on, but basically, some party is going on that for some reason you have to end. What is the best way to ruin a party? The best answer gets "Best Answer".

  • When has history repeated itself?

We all know the quote "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it" and we always here that history always repeats itself. However for some reason, I can't think of any two events that were so similar enough to each other to consider it as "history repeating itself". So when has history actually repeated itself?

  • Do you respect the "Top Contributor" badge?

I just got a Top Contributor badge today. According to the Y!A Guidelines means I have "finally wasted an awardable amount of time on the site". I think we, you know, the "top contributors", the hardest working Y!A members who have displayed an unyielding dedication to the enrichment of our fellow men, should definitely get some automatic respect, thumbs up, stars, and such no matter what we say. Don't you agree?

  • Does food expire after the end of time?

I just got a gallon of milk from God. She was pretty hot for her age. Anyway, the expiration date happens to be after the end of time. I'm wondering. Milk expires because of bacteria growth over time and it takes time for anything to change. However, in order for my milk to remain in its current state indefinitely, there would need to be an endless intake and expenditure of energy. However that only happens with time. For my milk to even preserve an effective temperature it needs kinetic energy which requires motion and motion takes time.

Maybe I'm looking at this all wrong, but after time ends, it seems to me that my milk can neither continue to exist as it is nor cease existence. What happens to my milk? I asked God, but you know God, she never says.
