He has over 15 years experience in management and leadership in for-profit and non-profit arenas including nearly 10 years in the online education industry as an instructor, course developer, and consultant. Positions held dealing with online education include Online Faculty Rasmussen College, distance education Academic Advisor with Atlantic International University, and Online Associate Faculty with the University of Phoenix and Axia College.
