Best fixes for restless legs while pregnant...?
So what's worked for you other women out there when you're pregnant and your legs get really restless? I know I jerk about sometimes while trying to fall asleep b/c of this. Just curious what methods others have used to fix this issue.

Current or past.... (coffee/caffine/soda and cigarettes for the smoking portion of the question). I'm just curious on #s. My question is not in reguards to no-no's and health risks, already know about those. This question isn't asking about narcotics or drugs either. Just wanna know if those two habits were/are unbreakable/hard to break for some moms-to-be. =) Thanks for responses!
