in other people's medicine cabinets? And if so, what is the most strange/gross thing you've ever seen?

I'm 38 and I recently found a small mass in my left breast during a self-breast exam. It is not round but kind of oval, long and firm. I've had no nipple discharge, swelling or any other symptoms. I went to my GYN and she also felt it so she sent me for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. The radiologist could not see the mass on either test so now I must go for a biopsy. I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced this and how it turned out for you. I'm in the medical profession but I don't have any experience with breast masses/cancer past referring a patient once a mass has been discovered. TIA for any information.

Oh, and don't worry about scaring me. I want to have all the information I can so I will be prepared for any outcome!

Do you agree with the flight attendant who told the Atlanta mom to 'Shut your baby up!" and then suggested she give him Benadryl so he would be quiet? Apparently the 19 MONTH old was talking (along with adults) during the pre-flight safety instructions and this upset the FA. She then had them removed from the plane and told the Captain that she was threatened by the mom. Passengers say the FA is lying. What do you think about this?
