  • High school swim team?

    Today I went to my school's swim and dive meeting and they basically said turn in this packet(which I did) and show up to the first practice. My teacher who is also one of the coaches just said to show up in a swim suit. I have only swam for fun like splashing in a pool and I need advice on how not to look stupid, what kind of swim suit to wear and I don't know tips on swimming "the right way" (like the strokes) in general
