I'm ashamed of my dad but what should I do?
My dad worked for maybe 15 years, then started his own business which went sour. He put the house on mortgage and my mom who worked as a secretary, paid it all off. He retired early in his late 40s, and has since depended on my mom for $$. She just retired at 66. He has always had things easy..continuously waiting for handouts. He doesn't do much and unfortunately he gambles on lottery etc on a weekly basis.
I understand but cannot accept him. Alhough he's my dad, I feel he is quite a useless human being. And unfortunately it's because of him that I have little respect for certain men.
I would like to get pass this...for myself. I just don't know how.

My boss is leaving the company and I wanna get him a gift, but not just any gift. He has taught me a lot, and never selfish when teaching or advising. He always makes time to listen to my opinion. What can I get that is meaningful and shows my appreciation?
2 AnswersCareers & Employment1 decade agoAlways married guys?
I'm single and available but I always tend to attract married men. From my colleagues to friends. It's not like I'm super sexy or slutty or even revealling. Flirtatious? Not excessively, I don't think so. Friendly, yes. Oh yeah, and men tend to be attracted to my full lips. If I can get this sort of attraction from married men, why not single guys.
This is a real problem for me, especially if I meet a charming married guy. I have been tempted numerous times, but the thought destroying someone elses relationship just stops me. Someone even told me that my life would be better off if I became someone's mistress. I don't want to go down that road.
Also, it's sad to see so many broken relationships/marriages. It's so common nowadays. For me, I'll settle for just companionship.
