if I have a 250 ml solution with 5M of iodine and I took 50 ml from that 250ml would the concentration change? or would it remain the same?

i'm confused, i know that conduction is heat transfer through matter, but in one of the questions they're using the equation for conduction to find the heat transfer through air? i thought we can only use convection when referring to air?
