Help! Want to find full healthy recipes (complete with shopping lists) for entire week! Does such a thing exist? Am not having any luck via Google--there's lots of stuff but nothing that's ready-to-go so we can hit the store.

Was taunted mercilessly by a few people who plan to attend and won't be the only chumpette (ours was a very cliquish and small school). Is living well the best revenge or best not to dredge up the past? Any advice/insight will be very helpful, thanks!

So, I was never popular in high school and this shouldn't really matter since it's been almost 20 years ago but now (on FB) I see lots of classmates who have found each other again. We had a really small school with only 99 in our graduating class. Do all these folks really like each other or are they just trying to boost their friend lists? Somehow, this all feels so fake to me since a lot of the "friends" are people who couldn't stand each other back in the day. Do I just need to grow up? This really makes me sad when I think about it even though I have many genuine friends in life right now. Guess I'm just bitter that I always felt like an outsider even though I really wanted to connect with other people. To me, a few genuine friends are much better than a bunch of shallow ones.
