  • Is phone tag a signal that "they" really want to avoid the effort of a conversation?

Does it piss you off that some people skip "calling you back"? I understand when they are at work, or they say "call me"....if you specifically say 'call me back'... please mean it. Technology! Communication..... what's up? !!!!!!

  • Awkward relationship?

I recently broke up with my boyfriend of a year. It has been about a month since this happened. He and I decided to try to be friends because we still care about each other deeply. We talk almost everyday and I am to the point where I don't know what to think. He continually says things that sound like he wants to be back with me. The reason we broke up was because he felt like he didn't know what he wanted or needed. He claims to have figured that out now and persists in saying he just can't get over me. He has told many of his friends how horrible life has been without me. We both still love each other very much but he says he thinks he needs to date other people to make sure I am the one he really wants. He recently started dating another girl but she treats him like **** and he told me so. He said that he felt like he deserved to be treated badly. He knows that we both realize things about each other that we didn't while we were dating. He knows that we both still love each other and that I will not treat him like ****. He hates his life the way it is now without me so why does he persist in staying away? He told me that he wants to be with me but he was too proud and too wrapped up in the situation so he was just trying to get on with life. I think he is being foolish by acting like he is. I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on it?
