scenario in court a person is found in contempt of court when he or she disrespects a judge during proceedings. Indirect contempt of court arises when the contempt happens outside of the Judges view.

Now in the appeals cases and supreme court cases judges can make judgments through internet. Now lets say a person in these types of cases causes an issue to be a contempt issue. Since Judges can have cases done from online information, is this a trial for being online?

If so would the issue be seen as indirect contempt since the incident was out of the judges view, or since the trials are done online and the information is provided to the judge online should the issue be considered contempt?

I had a performance review today and the areas I needed improvement on I feel was wrong, but i do agree with my tone. Since i work for a contractor I can be fired by one complaint and I had two. First one is due to a person approaching my vehicle and opening my door while I was working on paperwork. I argued with him because i had no clue who he was, but he complained about my answer on why not to open random doors to my boss and I got blame. second was I back talked a incident commander on having a hazard, well apparently kissing up to the state for another contract is more better then safety. I got written up because i mentioned a saftey violation to a fire person. I think that saying i need to improve on public relations after 3000 clients a year 2 comment me on performance; while I have 1500 complements on my service and two from politicians? is it right to set back and let safety issues ride so we can get a contract? or should I done what I done?
