Exercise, how much can I do? Eating, how much should I eat?
I am 12 weeks and I know that I can only do what I did before I was pregnant. I have done much yet but started walking. I am feeling big and would like to exercise more to help with this feeling. Also, I eat a lot. How much more should I eat for the baby?

I need to lose 15 to 20 pounds in the next three months but am not sure how to do that. I only way about 145 pounds. I walk about 30 minutes a day. I sit behind a desk the rest of the time. Does weight watchers work? Is a system the way to go or can I lose the wait myself. I don't have time to mess this up. I need to get it right the first time. Should I cleanse my body first? How many calories should I burn a day? Any suggestions at this point would great. Thank you for your help.
