  • Baseball Trivia, I need his middle name!!?

Tristram E. Speaker. I have a Guru at work that loves baseball and he is unable to find his middle name. Proof will be needed, as that will be the only real way to prove it. The Baseball Hall of Fame doesn't even show his middle name, only his initial.

  • Small FW Stingray question?

I am about to have a 32 gallon tank become empty. I am wanting a stingray, but all the ones I have found are WAY to big. Are there any small ones out there? I am looking for a small adult, not baby. I will have an algae eater as well, but nothing else.

  • Next tank, will these fish get along?

I am setting up a new tank. I may have to go with a bigger tank but here is what I want to put in it. 3 Blood red Parrot Fish, 2 Electric Blue Jack Dempseys, and a Bristol nose Pleco. What size tank will I need, and can I keep them together and not have to worry about any of them? I may also put more fish in there, just not sure. I want colors if you couldn't tell already! The tank I have now is a 60 gallon tall with an Ehiem Filter.

  • My tank isn't cycling, what is wrong?

I just bought a new tank. I want to do it the way everybody here says it should be done. I added gravel and decorations. Got the fish store bacteria, and have waited 6 weeks. I want to add fish as having an empty tank is boring. Why wont it cycle. I have been checking the water and nothing has started. Do I need to get fish in it to get it going or just more time? It is a 55 gallon.

  • Twp Oscars eats a pleco?

I had a pleco in my tank. A rather large Pleco. This morning I go and look for him and I can't find him anywhere. I feed my Oscars twice a day, and the Pleco has been with them for a while is this common? Or did the Pleco die, and this was there way of getting rid of him?

  • Molly Breeding problems.?

I have a female dalmatian molly and what I think my be a sail fin molly. Will these fish breed? I have had a very hard time with the black mollies, for what ever reason every female I get dies right after giving birth. The water levels were a little high, but I have fixed that with chems and a water change. Am I missing something?? The male isnt doing what he needs to be doing here. My Oscars are waiting for fry, and there are none as of yet.

  • Cant keep a Pleco alive!!?

I have now had 3 plecos, and all three have dies with in 2 weeks of getting into the tank. I have used the algae waffers, live bacteria as well, and I even waited a 3 weeks after my fish were in the tank to make sure that there is food. Every time, it looks like it is doing fine, getting big, cleaning the tank and deco, then starts swimming funny. When this happens next day he is dead. No other problems with my other fish. I am thinking about not having a pleco at all. The one in my Oscar tank is doing great and is getting big!! LOL What should I do to see if I can keep one alive?

  • GSXR 750 Will not rev past 4K?

I have a 2001 Suzuki GSXR 750 that will not rev past 4K at WOT. I have cleaned out my tank as rust/dirt was in it. New plugs, a used but clean fuel pump, and a used ECU. I don't see any lights for codes on. If I have dirty injecots I have a place to send them, but what if it is a TPS? Do I have to have somebody install and calibrate it? Any help would be great.

  • Oscar feeding questions.?

I have two Oscars in the same tank. My white one will eat Oscar pellets all day long. My tiger Oscar was eating them at first until I started to put live crickets in my tank. The feeder fish would be eaten by my tiger first as well. Now all he will eat are the freeze dried crickets I bought for him.

Can I feed him a Cricket a day and it be ok? Should I starve him till he starts eating the pellets? What other live food should I feed him to help? Or even the freeze dried food. He will eat frozen blood worms as well. Any help would be great, and useful.

  • Is my tank over stocked?

I have a 55 gallon tank with a small, medium, and large coral like deco. I also have two sets of plants, two air stones inside the deco, two filters, (one 60 gal and one 20 gal) and a buried air curtain. Now for the fish. I have 3 Bala Sharks, 2 med 1 small, 2 med Clown Loachs, 7 med Tiger Barbs, 1 med Rainbow Shark, 1 med Red-tailed Shark, 2 med Cori, and 1 med Dragon Goby. Keep in mind when I say the size of the fish, it relates to each fish and its full size, not as a general statement.

My ammonia is GREAT along with all other water chems as I check once a week. I also do the once a week 1/3 water change. The fish swim and get along and move without a problem. If the tank is to small, what size should I look to get, and when should I look to get it? I am thinking of going to a 75 gallon tank, will that be enough? Do I need to get rid of any fish? This should be enough info for good answers and hopefully keep the post counters from making an impact on post.
