2 AnswersStudying Abroad1 decade agoVector Graphics software?
Does anyone know of any free down loadable software that will enable me to turn my tattoo designs into vector graphics ??
They look ok in sketch form but they are more presentable once they have been vectored.
3 AnswersProgramming & Design1 decade agoNVQ - Is this classed as Higher Education in th UK ?
Ok, so my brother is applying for a student loan, so that he can do a course in London but before they will issue the loan they need to know if it is higher education.
Thay also want to know if it has 'designated local authority funding' but that means nothing to me.
Any ideas please ?
7 AnswersHigher Education (University +)1 decade agoVaguist movie question ever
I realise that the information I am noting here is fairly limited but I have been looking for this film for ages and I have hit a blank.
It is about a simple guy who discovers that he has the ability to absorb peoples sicknesses and heal them. It sounds a lot like Green Mile but I have a feeling it was called The Healer or something like that.
Something makes me think that Johnny Depp was the main character but I cannot find it on IMDB.
Any enlighting information would be greatfully recieved.
2 AnswersMovies1 decade agoTurning an image into vectors ??
Someone recently commented on one of my designs on deviantart.com and asked me if they could turn one of my images into vectors? Naturally I did not want to seem un-cool and agreed dispite not having a clue what he meant.
Any ideas ?

3 AnswersMovies1 decade agoHow do you forget the fear ?
I love my girlfriend with all my heart, I want us to be together for the rest of our lives but there are so many complications.
We met on a chat site online and we live in different countries, me in the UK and her in the Philippines, we met for the first time face to face in Singapore last month and we had the best time of our lives but now we are back and we have to think about being together properly. I can't afford a mortgage or even to move out of my family home, my job sucks and realistically I don't have prospects for anything better
I love her so much but my thoughts are filled with the fear that maybe she would be happier without me. How do I stop worrying ?
8 AnswersOther - Family & Relationships1 decade agoMusic Question?
I know this is pretty vague but I can't find any more details.
I am looking for a relatively modern track ( played on radio 1Xtra a lot)....I guess the title might be 'talk of the town' or something like that. It samples the trumpet solo from Destination Unknown by Clearwaters and Alex Gaudino.
I realise this is ruddy vague but any help will be greatfully recieved as I have no idea on the artist or the songs name.
1 AnswerR&B & Soul1 decade agoWhat would you do??
If you were in a relationship with someone for a year and you love them with all your heart, to the extent that you cannot imagine life without them.
Then you find out they are married. They are seperated and have been the entire time you have been together but she is still married.
What would you do ?

6 AnswersSingapore1 decade agoWestern Union Money Transfer?
Has anyone got any experience with this method of international money transfer. Are they reliable? I need to send money from the Uk to the Philippines and this is one of the methods I have been told about.
My apologies if the site is well known, I am new to this and fairly ignorant to the whole money sending thing. (Looked through existing questions on the same subject & did not find anyhting of much help).
Any information woulf be greatly appreciated!
3 AnswersPersonal Finance1 decade agoHoliday question?
On the 15th of Feb I will be going to Singapore on holiday and I have a hotel booked for 16 nights before I return back to the Uk on the 4th of March (all fully paid for).
I would quite like to visit the Philippines while I am in on holiday (as I have friends there) but I don't have anything booked, so I was thinking about finding a flight there, staying for a week and then flying back to Sing.
Do you think there is anything to stop me doing this ? (Would the travel company or hotel have issues with me doing this?)
5 AnswersOther - Destinations1 decade agoDo you let your cheese breath ?
According to the people that I work with, you are supposed to leave your cheese in a warm place, so that the flavor can develop before you eat it.
Is this common practice? As I tend to take it from the fridge.
(Random I know)
5 AnswersOther - Food & Drink1 decade agoJust wondering.?
The Thumbs up and thumbs down thing. Do you mark people according to whether or not they give good or bad answers or do you mark them down because they do not agree with your own opinion?
I have noticed people being marked down purely because they have a point of view.
9 AnswersYahoo Answers1 decade agoHow would you have reacted ?
Let me set the scene. I was in a travel agents last week , during which time a man with down syndrome entered wishing to discuss a holiday, after sitting down he spoke to the staff member politely and respectfully even though he was clearly having trouble expressing himself.
However the entire time he was there two other members of staff mocked him between themselves and openly laughed at him. Once the gentleman had left they verbally immitated his speach and laughed at him infront of me and other customers.
Personally I was discusted by this and just wondered what everyone else thought ? Why would people act like this ?

1 AnswerChristmas1 decade agoHoliday in Singapore?
I finally got the courage to book a holiday for myself and I am going to Singapore in February for three weeks. I have done my research but it's always better to get opinions from people with experience. So if anyone could provide me with any information about the place, the people, the laws, the places to visit and all that kind of thing then it would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I am limited to about 2000 SGD spending money, is that going to be enough ?
