Yeah, I get it, cross-branding and synergy with Spike and all that happy bullcrap, but with the lines between the UFC and the wrasslin' already getting awfully blurry (Lesnar, Lashley) it's one of those things that makes me a little annoyed.

Lesnar's the better wrestler. Lesnar's got the size differential on his size by such a margin that it ain't even funny. Sure, Randy's beaten bigger guys before, but Tim "Manboob" Sylvia is sure as hell no Brock Lesnar.

The way I read the article is that Governor Spitzer was using call girls from an escort service, not trolling the streets. Speaking in generalities, your typical escort girl is in that business because she gets very well paid for it and she doesn't mind what she does to earn the money.

Given that Spitzer was most likely with a consenting adult, in private, doing what adults do, do you think that this is different than your average john/hooker set piece, or is it all money for sex and thus wrong?

Building bases costs tax dollars. Deploying troops costs tax dollars. Maintaining a presence in another country costs tax dollars.

The piece that the McCain supporters seem to miss is the monetary one, which is fitting considering that their rabbi has said that he doesn't understand economics. It's also troubling that McCain would propose building bases in Iraq while our own infrastructure goes to crap.

A vote for McCain is a vote for war and death. You McCain supporters need to at least be honest about that, and then maybe you can feel a profound sense of shame.

She isn't able to beat McCain. That means the war goes on, the border stays porous, and a crazy old man gets to appoint people to the Supreme Court. Shrub might be evil, but McCain's got a temper, and it will hurt our country if he's elected.
