so I made the pass out game a little while ago but I did not pass out, it went like this

I tried the pass out game where you crutch and take a deep breath 5 times, with the same air as the 5th breath you blow it on your hand while having your hand make pressure in your mouth as so the air doesn't escape, I did not pass out, I sat down in my bed and I remember thinking "holy cow what's going on" and then I saw everything moving like a "U" for example something in your left went down and then to the right and back down and to the left, but my head was not moving

I know it was stupid to do this, is there a way to regenerate my lost brain cells? I'm 15 btw so my brain is still regenerating cells
