Help! Bought a phone from ebay with warranty but phone ended up being from Vietnam ¬ covered by Nokia in Oz?
The screen won't light up on my nokia phone and Nokia won't fix it because it is from Vietnam but I didn't know this when I bought it off ebay because the seller says they are based in Perth! They are a big selling company on ebay. But what can I do? I hardly ever buy from ebay and only did this time because it said I would be covered and they had excellent feedback. I tried contacting the seller but they have not responded (only been a few days though). Any ideas on my options?? I think they are quite deceptive saying they are based in Perth when they really just ship their products from Vietnam and then distribute them from an Australian address.
