Ok,So tomorrow night is my school dance.I have several fashion questions...Please help....I am wearing a light blue and white dress that is very dressy and has flowers on it...Heres my questions...

1.How should I do my nails? I need like rare designs,Because I don't want to blend in at all,I want my nails to match with my dress though,So any ideas?

2.What type of shoe's should I wear? I have flats,boots,high heels,high heel boots,anything,and I want my shoe's to be white too.

3.How should I do my hair? Does anybody know any cool fashion looks with hair?

4.Should I wear tights or leggings? Either would look right...!
