Please help. I will try to be as clear as possible. My husband just lost his mom in May.

My mother-in-law left the home to her three boys in her unsigned will. The older brother is currently residing in the home. He has been unemployed and sponging off his mom for forty + years, now that she has passed he hasn't been able to pay any bills so everything is being shut off, electric, gas, water, etc. The younger brother is in a mental institution.

My husband has power of attorney for the little brother.

Here is our dilemma. The older brother wants to wait until the property is foreclosed before trying to sell or do anything. My husband at first wanted to sell as soon as possible to split the equity and be fair, but now he is listening to his older brother - saying let's wait for months.

I am saying, why wait, let's go talk to a real estate agent/financial planner now to see what our options are.

Hubbie then tells me that foreclosure won't happen for months so why go talk to someone now.

Am I being a nagging wife or should we start the proceedings now to either sell the home and have the brothers split the equity or have one of the brothers buy the other one out or should we wait?

One more piece of information. The house is STILL in my Father-in-law's name and he passed away 17 years ago.

Someone please advise me. I don't know what to do.

I am a mom of four. Recently, I asked my hubbie of 20 years. Really - how many lbs do you want me to lose. He actually said...thank u for asking me. I think 20 pounds. I said, so my thighs and everything is ok. He said, just my stomach. Everything else is good, butt, top shelf, all good, but get rid of the baby gut. I am going to use that as my inspiration for the new year. So guys... Realistically, how much would you want your girl to lose?

They kept Patty Williams on forEVER! She would go and then come back, then rinse and repeat. Yet they finally had a dynamic duo that could cause some serious trouble for main characters and all of a sudden - Both are gone. Do you think they got the boot too soon?

Come on!!!! These two got emmys? I watch Y &R and B & B almost every week. What Storylines did these two have that warranted an emmy. Not being sarcastic, I would honestly like to know....

I mean...we women have to sit there and watch naked and/or topless women in just about EVERY movie. Wouldn't it be great or even just fair, if dudes had to see other dudes packages in all movies too.
