**I got part a by using E=mgx+1/2(kx^2) and then taking the derivative since de/dx is 0 and then solving for x. Answer and explanation as to why you did what you did would be very helpful as I am very confused about this problem.

I have to construct a container that will prevent an egg from breaking as it is dropped from a spot no higher than 20 meters. i have to build a crate that will protect the egg. the crate must be less than 20 centimeters on any side(length, width,height) and have a mass of less than 500 grams not including the egg. I cant use metal, wood, and glass materials including fiberglass. i can use rubber bands, tape, plastic, cardboard, etc. i cant have parachutes or propellers. the outside of the package may not contain any material to aid the package in adhering the target such as tape, glue, etc. i will place the crate on the floor and drop the egg into it. any suggestions

I've been doing 100-150 sit ups for 3-4 months and have no results. I have a BMI of 20 and don't have much stomach fat, mainly skin. I can start to see like an outline of where the 6 six pack would be but ud have to be at a side angle to see. I have done this for every day except for 1 week when i had basketball camp. I want to know why i don't hav a six pack and what can i do to get them. My friend got them in 4 months by doing 20 sit ups for bout a month then 100-250 for the next 3 months.
