Probably a scam. They use fake Paypal emails, asking for shipping confirmation before paypal deposits the money - that's the scam...
Also, sometimes the scammers use stolen credit cards, and actually deposit money into the paypal account, but then claim the item was never received (using fake "fedex" agent - their friends). Since the Fedex guy is fake too, you have no proof of shipping.... They may then claim a refund from Paypal, even if the money was legitimately in your account.
Bottom line, you choose the shipping method, and you personally do the shipping. Always make sure the money is in your Paypal account, never use any of their email links...they are probably fake links.
The final red flag, is if they want it shipped to Africa - 100% scam then...

This is scam, people are now coming up with fake paypal accounts that will deliver you a fake email saying that funds have been added to your account. Keep the item on the list to sell and don't bother with this person. This is a scam.

If they pay you through PayPal, you will be covered by their insurance.
I guess this person wants to use a personal (probably a business) account because it would be cheaper for them.
Once the payment clears, you have your money so I don't see how they can scam you. If you're not shipping it out of the U.S. it's sounds legit.

I consider Dave, out of your emails to Besley, your IP adress and different documents might properly be traced. The condo application form will grant different lacking very own information on the information superhighway. discover out if the domicile proprietor and the mail sender are the comparable individual. Use oblique yet intense point questions once you get in touch with Besley back.

This is definitely a scam. Notice how they never refer to the PS2 in the e-mail. This is definitely a form letter that just copied and pasted using generic information.
