hi there i'm helping a friend with there car its A 2002 ford explorer 6 speed transmission. The o/d off light was flashing and the service engine soon light was on. It hesitates to shift sometimes and it is slipping in overdrive. i checked the codes and got p1633 and p0775? I also checked the transmission fluid and the level is good, but the fluid is almost black. so my question is, where should we go from here? should we try replacing the fluid and filter? or is this transmission just going to need a overhaul? thanks!

Hey guy, I have a 99 chevy Tahoe 245,000 miles original transmission. And I don't know the last time it was serviced? It was at least before 100,00 miles. The fluid is darker, I forgot to smell it I will tomorrow, but do you guys think I should try giving it a service? Or should I pull the old don't change it tell its broke? Thanks for your thoughts!

Hey guys, I have a 2004 vw Passat TDI. It has 185,000 miles on it. So the alternator went out on it a few weeks back so I order one from Napa. Well I just put in my second on from them (under warranty) but I the same thing happened yo both? I put them in and tested them with my multimeter, I was getting 14.5 volts, I let it run for like 5 mins and the alternator workshop light comes back on... I test the alternator, and it'd only putting out 3 volts?? Am I just having bad luck with Napa alternators?? Or is there something in the car that could be frying them?? I tested the plug that coming into the alternator, one side has about 5volts and the other 9. Thanks for the help!

Hi i have a 2004 vw passat tdi with 175,000 and yesterday as i was driving it suddenly jerked to the right not to hard but noticeable, it felt like if you hit a rock in the road and the steering wheel jerked to the right. It started to do it over and over again randomly, then it started to do it again today? it only happens after you dive it for like 10 miles or so. i looked at it, and don't see anything out of the ordinary? i was thinking the cv joint? could that be it? thanks!

Hi I'm helping my cousin with her 02 mazda protege5. The heater/ac only works on 1? She toke it to a shop and they said it was the hole switch console? And quote her $400 for the part and $90 for labor! Could it be the switch, or would it be the resister? Or something else? I'm probably going to do it. So any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Hi I have a Samsung galaxy s4, and whenever I push the home button it says the touchwiz easy thing? I push always then it does it again and again! I have gone into settings device, home screen mode, thing and it keeps doing it! It works if I deleted Google update but then I can't use some of my apps? Is there any way of fixing this?

Hi I have always put car oil (10w-30) in my 4 wheeler. It's a 05 Honda recon es 250. But I just saw that your not supposed to because it's not for wet clutch. So today I changed it to 4 wheeler oil. (10w-40) Should I run it for a while then change it soon? Or should I be fine? Thanks!

Hi I have a 4 wheeler trailer, the bearing went out on it and cracked my hub, so I got a new one and went to put it on, but my spindle is to short! The hub is the right size I tried it on the other side. And it worked? Is there any way the spindle could have got pushed in? Thanks!

Hi I have a 99 chevy tahoe and the belt keeps squeaking/chirping? Not like the belt is slipping but metal to metal noise? I have replaced the idler pulley, Tensioner pulley, belt, recently and it has help also the alternator and power steering pump in the last few years. Does anyone know what the chirping noise could be? Thanks!

Hi I am Helping my aunt with her car, is a 98 Mazda mpv 4wd. And it won't run over 3000 rpms, it will run fine idling around the block but when u go to give it gas and u get to about 3000 rpms it will start to cut out like it's running out of gas? check engine light is on for crank shaft sensor, and o2 sensor stuff, I replaced the crank shaft sensor and fuel filter and did a pressure test, on the fuel system it was about 39 witch is ok'what else could it be? I read the timing Belt could have slipped? It had almost 200,000 miles on it? How hard it the timing belt? If u had a video that would be awesome! Thanks!

hi i have a kymco 4 wheeler 90cc an newer one like 05ish? but it wouldn't idle but we would deal with it it would run good s long as you held the gas down, but i just toke it up camping and my uncle said he could fix it and he pulled out the needle? where the throttle cable gos in? he pulled it out and put it back in and ever since when you start it its like you are holding the gas all the way down? no matter what you do? what can i do to fix it? thanks!
