I am a mother of 4 beautiful children, and a wife of ONE wonderful husband! My fancy title at work is Tenant Relations Officer, its' been a roller coaster of a job , but somebody has to do it! My husband and I work together so it's great! **Any advice that I have given, is solely based on my personal opinion, or life experience : )

  • Husband's and Wive's come humor me...?

    Here is the scenario:

Husband has decided to go hunting. He takes off about 4 AM in the morning. Wife is at home tending to the children (1,3,7,& 9yrs.) and is currently pregnant. At 8AM in the morning while wife is in the kitchen making breakfast, a male neighbor who is located 1.5 miles from your home enters on to your property and begins to yell obscenities from outside, he declares he has a problem with the barking of your husband's dogs, he yells continuous obscenities which include he is going to shoot your husband's dogs. Then, speeds off to his home, in addition your home is located 30 minutes away from the closest town/hospital/and local authorities, as you live out in a very dense rural area.

    Questions:

    1) (husbands) You receive frantic call from your wife about neighbor, what do you do?

    2) (husbands) Are there any husbands that would not come home? if yes why?

    3) (wives) What do you do?

4 (wives) What if husband says, "Blah," Don't bother me I'm HUNTING!"

    Thanks for humoring me :)

  • State Tax question on filing for an exempt Spouse...?

My husband & I are filing Jointly, we both pay federal, but he does not have to pay state taxes and I do, what form do I file for him to show that. This is not for a business, this would be filed as an employed individual... I am doing our taxes online, and I just can't seem to find where I would disregard his income from our state taxes... I am using Tax act if that helps..
