Apart from one report of a shark or whale being deposited on the NE or Scottish coast, why haven't loads of fish been thrown out of the sea? Plenty of rocks and other stuff have caused damage to the coastline and buildings but no fish. Do they move away into other waters or what?

how is power of attorney dealt with. She is 91, frail and mild dementia. Would agree to anything if asked nicely which would be a problem in the wrong scenario. Cannot make decisions on any level. She has a solicitor as she made a will 30 years ago. Would that solicitor be able to make decisions for her?
