My friend Joe bought a truck it had no title. He filed for a lost title but never recieved it. He sold the truck to another person. The person said he went to the courthouse found where Joe's title was (it had been put in Joe's name after he filed for the first lost title) the person said they would file for a second lost title and he wouldnt have to worry about it. A few months later he got a letter saying that he would have to go to court cause the truck was in his name still & he had no idea it was in his name still. The person that bought it from Joe sold the truck again & the guy he sold it to was caught selling drugs. Joe doesn't have a copy of the bill of sale, but has two of four witnesses and could get the third if he was needed, the forth passed away recently. Could he get in trouble, he doesn't even know the guy that was caught, they have never met. He has a wife and a 2 month old son at home that need him, any advice?

After a long discussion me fiance and I have decided to have a wedding rather than just going to the courthouse, which is what we'd originally planned to do. I am personalizing the message on our invitations, I'm just not sure how to word my location. We are having our ceremony at my grandmothers house. This is how the invitations are going to read:

My little boy's name is Cohen Rhys. What would be some good sibling names, boy & girl?

I had Cohen Rhys on May 27! He was 4lbs. 13oz & 18in. long!

Where can I find pretty, but decent priced wedding dresses?

We have the name Cohen picked for our son. It's pronounced Co-En. We like the middle name Rhys (Reece) but only like the Rhys spelling. We are afraid no one will be able to say it right. What are some suggestions for middle names. The first name is not changing, last name Stidham.

Okay I just got back from Labor & Delivery, I'd been having lower back & lower abdomen pain pretty much all day. I went to the restroom & noticed I was bleeding a little. At the L&D they told me my cervix was still closed, everything was fine & they sent me home. Even my ob came in to check on me. Well I am still bleeding, having the lower back & abdomen pain, I'm running a slight fever, diarrhea & discharge is increasing. I checked on WebMD symtom check and these are signs of miscarriage or pre-term labor. Since I'm nearly 36 weeks I'm guessing the pre-term labor suits me better. Does the doctor sending me home sound right to you? I mean he's told me that the baby needs to stay in a little longer...So why would he risk pre-term labor? (Sorry So Much Info!)

My doctor told me I may have to be induced due to Toxemia. I was wondering what was it like & how is it different for going in Labor on your own? (I'll be 36 weeks on Monday 5/25)

I had to use the restroom after I was done I came down stairs. I felt a sharp pain across my stomach & lost some fluid. For a little while after I slowly leaked a little fluid...then it kind of stopped. I went to the restroom again & after I was finished. I was slowly leaking again. Do you think my water may have broke? Could the baby just be on my bladder? What's your best advice? (35 Weeks Pregnant, Sorry if too much information)

What do you think about inducing labor? My hospital & all the local doctors will induce you up to two weeks before you are due without medical need. They do it just because! What do you think? (I'm not considering it for myself but I know several who are)

I'm getting married this summer. We live in Alabama, which means as soon as April it's 70-80 degree weather sometimes even sooner than that! So you can imagine the heat in the summertime! I was wondering if you had any ideas on some good wedding receptions themes. We need something that won't break the bank but will keep our guest comfortable. We prefer outdoors, but maybe if you are from Alabama or are familiar with it, you'll have some indoor suggestions. Thanks so much!

My fiance & I are just planning on getting married at the courthouse. Not very glam we know know, but that's just the way we feel most comfortable doing it. Our own opinion. My question is would it be rude or inappropriate to have a reception? We aren't asking for gifts, money or anything other than the presence of our families. We love having cook-outs & family get together so we thought it would be nice to have one after we are married. Any opinions?

I have been having Braxton Hicks contractions for about a week on & off. I went to the hospital Friday night because I was hurting so bad I thought I was in Labor. I got there, the nurse checked my cervix & I wasn't dilated any, but she said something about not being thick. I didn't catch all of it because again I was in pain & kind of out of it. Could I be effacing? Cause I know with effacing you cervix is thinning but can it thin without dilating?
