  • What fiction book is about two Swedish women?

There's a book about a younger woman and an older woman who live in the country in Sweden. They form a friendship. I can't remember much more about it. I thought their names were Astrid and Ingrid, but maybe I"m getting the names confused with White Oleander.

  • What can I substitute for Cream of Chicken and/or Cream of mushroom soup in a recipe?

The recipe I have makes a spicy cheesy sauce to mix with chicken and pour over pasta. It calls for velveeta cheese, rotel diced tomatoes, and one can each of Cream of Chicken and Cream of Mushroom soup. I don't have either soup. What could I use instead?

  • Anybody know this movie with a bloody skeleton?

A movie was on tv over the weekend, on cable, and we can't figure out the name. It was a horror movie about a woman who is having an affair; somehow the man is resurrected when the husband's hand is cut on a nail, his blood drips onto the floor and later the blood grows into the ghost or skeleton of the woman's lover, Frank. Anybody know what it is?

  • Is Starbucks bringing back the maple macchiato?

Does anyone know if they're bringing back the maple macchiato/latte this fall? I started worrying when I went today and they were advertising for their fall favorite-- the pumpkin spice latte, which I don't like. The maple is my favorite! Anyone have the inside scoop?

  • What are the informal Spanish words for grandma and grandpa?

I know you could say abuelo and abuela or abuelita, but I am wondering if there are more informal terms a child might use in Spanish, the way we might say 'papa' or 'grammy' in English. Answers from anyone who speaks spanish fluently would be appreciated!

  • Trans-fat free hot chocolate mix?

Does anybody know a hot chocolate/coco mix that does not contain hydrogenated oils? Many of them say they are trans-fat free but when you read the ingredients, there are partially hydrogenated oils. I can't find a single mix without them!
