Alright, I'm sure this has been asked plenty of times, but here it goes. I'm a cross country runner, so I'm naturally a pretty skinny, lanky guy. I DON'T want to lose weight or flab or anything as I have none of that; what I want to do is just tone up and build some muscle. I already run plenty of long distance, so I was thinking I would supplement that with crunches/push-ups or sit-ups to build upper body muscle. Is that a decent plan? If so, how many should I do each day and stuff, like after I run?

I'm looking for something to take with me and put lots of time into. I'm looking for a type of RPG where you can beat it, but there's still incredible amounts of things to do afterwards. An example of this is pokemon B/W, where you can beat it, but then play competitively against others or try and collect all the pokemon, etc. What are some RPG's like this? WiFi is preferred, but not required.

I tried to connect to WiFi today from my DS, it "found" my router, I entered the WEP, and then that error code came up... I can play online from my PS3 though. I tried from my bro's ds and he got the same error code, so it's not a malfunction in my unit... What do I do?

My friends are suggesting PS3, but I've heard that the PC community is better for older games and I'm trying to decide which system to get it for. Please include a recommendation and reasoning.

It was an amazing game in 2003/4, but today is it still fun? Mainly for multiplayer by the way. Obviously graphically it doesn't match up, but in terms of gameplay and everything how is it

Not how to convince my parents, but what is a good way to bring up the topic of Ps3? Basically how do I phrase it right? I'm not asking about persuading my parents, just how do I bring it up?

Is the ps3 worth it if you try to stay away from M games? Seems like sports games, other shooters, racing games, and fighting games would make up for it.
