My cousins live in Colombia, but I live in New York. I have unlimited text and would like to text them every now and then. How do I do it? Will I get hit with extra charges?

Is a mall too boring? Is a movie too "datey"? Is a restaurant too short? I really can't think of anything to do with her.

People with low bars can't make friends with other people with low bars...their photo isn't shown to anyone not on their friend's list...they can't post without a security code...it's a hassle. I noticed that recommending friends to them raises their bar a tiny bit, but you can only do that so many times.

Anyone know how to effectively raise the bar?

Background: I work part-time at a supermarket to help pay for tuition. Many of us are really tight since we have to work together in a limited space for long periods of time (being cashiers.)

Situation: I'm leaving on vacation for a month, going overseas to see family. Goodbye to everyone today. A nice goodbye too, the type that makes you think "They're great." BUT TURNS OUT I HAVE TO GO TO WORK TOMORROW. I have no idea what to do, I'm freaking out. I'm going to ruin the good good-bye and leave for a month leaving behind a sea of confusion and awkwardness.

Any thoughts/solutions/personal experiences?

I already have a general idea, but it'd be interesting to take one of these tests. I know of places like familytreeDNA, but they don't mention if they'll break down my ethnic make-up or not. Is there a place that does? Has anyone done it?

I need to be able to do 50 push ups consecutively (without stopping) for a fitness exam I have to take. I'm really (really, really) skinny and I've been push-up training for the past year, and went from barely doing 1 to doing 40 max. I need to do 50 minimum. Suggestions appreciated.

Currently I've decided to do (daily):

80 curls on each arm with a 15lb weight

80 sit-ups

90 push-ups (I want to concentrate on building pecs)

Is that enough?

I have family in Colombia and I visit them between 1 to 3 months every other year, but I still have a heavy American accent. Is there a way to eliminate it or at least reduce it? Will regular classes with a native speaker work? Will practicing with a tape recorder over and over certain words work?
