My ex and I mediated an agreement and we just have to process it through the court. For the most part the agreement is final and we ok with it. We have the self-help guide on how to process and dont want the mediator charging us anymore for filing. Just wondering if anybody did this on their own.

So here is the story.

Boy and girl meet. Fall in love get pregnant, get married, have baby, wife cheats, family splits up. Now 12 months later she has a change in heart. Wants me to fight for us and work things out. I moved on. It took awhile to get over the anger and hate. To accept the situation of not meing married anymore. I still love her in a way but I dont see her as my wife. My question is why do I feel like I just broke up all over again? Why do I feel cheated by her all over again?

Five-year-old Hunter Winship wasn't feeling well the day we came to see him.

Three weeks ago he was admitted to Buffalo Women and Children's Hospital, diagnosed with Burkett's Lymphoma.

"Which is a very rare form of cancer, which only effects between 1 and 300 kids a year," said Cheryl Winship, Hunter's mother.

Ok maybe I am paranoid. We worked out the agreement. Things were moving along. Now that we have a final agreement she is stalling to push the papers through. It has been over 3 months. Now why would she do that? She said she needed to talk to her lawyer but she had plenty of time. Is there anything I can do to get the divorce moving?

Ok my little boy was the perfect sleeper since birth. Now all of the sudden he is waking up at about 2-3 am and wont go back to sleep. He still goes to bed on cue but this waking up business is new. He is not hungry and I dont think he is teething. I would say it is for attention. Almost like he is complaining not a full out cry. When we go in his room and rub his back he will go back to sleep after awhile. My question is how do I break this pattern? It really takes a toll on us because it is hard to go back to sleep after that. We tried letting him cry it out but he is a persistant little guy and I cant let it go on to long.

Can back child support be claimed if no agreement is currently in place?

I pay for all daycare fees, health insurance, expenses, docotr fees... My ex also never asked for anything or presented me with a bill.

I have to say this Dixie chick song that comes up on the radio. I dont even know the name of. "I am not ready to play nice" .

I hate the Dixie chicks or listen to that genra so I thought it was funny I connected to the words of the song. Going through a divorce and am so done listening to her explain herself.

I am competing in my first triathlon in June 08. I wanted to buy a bike but have no idea which kind. I dont want to get to pricey. Not expecting to be first. lol. Any advice?

I would love to accomplish something like that. I ran small races before but nothing big. I love to bike, swim, hike, run and lift weights. I live in New Jersey btw

I am currently going through a mediation process in NJ. My wife has decided after sevral substantial bills that I paid she no longer wants to mediate. She is persuing litigation after 18 months. My question is how much child supprt should I pay since we dont have an agreement. Currently I am paying for full time daycare, medical insurance, clothes, food,....

I dont want my wife to seek back support or paint me as a deadbeat.

I have been trying for months to shed my mid-section. It looks much better but I cant seem to tone it, despite high intensity cardio, weights, crunches,.... Need some new ideas to switch it up.
