Can they go through my browsing history, or spy on my in real time?

My roommate is kind of a pscho, and she's long forgotten we're facebook friends because I never update anything, so I'd like to keep an eye on her activities to prepare for any planned attacks. And yes, she would anounce it on facebook to our mutual friends.

I know it's a virus and not a legit company. It has installed a bogus scanner that keeps interrupting me to upgrade. It's a total scam and I want it gone. AVG keeps telling me it is a rogue scanner, but it is too powerful for AVG to stop.

Is it fast enough to download movies? Watch Youtube? Are there any hidden fees?

My grades have guaranteed that I'll automatically get it (I don't know how much yet, though) but I need to know what I can use it for. I already have a full tuition scholarship (not from Purdue) and I don't want to have to stay with my family in Lafayette. Could the scholarship be used to pay rent or buy groceries?

I'm not so sure I'm going to buy Nickelback's new album because the single sounded kinda sucky. Has anyone bought it yet or at least heard some of the songs? Do they get better?

My computer keeps shutting down due to a thermal event. What do I do?

I've tried everything. The at-home wart pads that stick to my feet just made the area really raw and tender for twelve weeks. When I finally had to stop to let my foot heal, the damn thing was still there! I've tried digging it out, duct tape, the official plantars wart meds-both liquid and dots, and bleachwater.

I was told to pack quick-drying pants and longsleeve shirts. I'm going to be out hiking all over Arizona and I need to know more about the type of clothes that I have to wear. Is there a specific type or brand of clothing that is great for hiking in the freaking desert or will just some basic info like fabric type, blends, colors, ect. help me out? Any information you have regarding long days in the Arizona sun, besides wear a hat, sunscreen, and bring water, would be amazingly helpful.

Someone named me the officer of a group and they gave me a shitty nickname. How do I change it without deleting it?

My mom is coming up with every reason she can think think of to keep me from going to a concert. Her favorite reason: someone will steal my seat and I will be forced to stand at the back, if not kicked out entirely. How do I get my seat back?

It's way cheaper to buy used CDs and I don't have an MP3 player, so that's what I've been doing. Now, my mom is buying me an MP3 player/phone thing so I'll actually carry my cell with me. I don't want to have to re-buy all my music. How can I burn my CD's onto my computer so that I have MP3 files and a useable CD? Please name hardware and programs I'll need.

I'm going cold wether camping this January. I've gone a couple other times with friends and froze my butt off, but still had fun. This time, I'm going with my Venture Crew and I don't want to look like an idiot. ANY tips and advice that I can compile and add to my barely sufficient knowledge of cold weather camping would be welcome! Please tell me about gear, routines, whatever.

I ride my bike all year long. Last year, and every year before that, I had a cheap bike that I didn't really care about. Since I've decided to actually learn to commute the way I'm supposed to and take care of my new bike, which has sentimental value as well as significant monetary value, I figured I'd make sure to find out about ways to take care of my bike when I have no other choice but to ride it through crappy weather. Right now, I've kept the drive train soaked with tri-flow to ward off water and salt. I've also tried to wipe away any excessive dirt on the moving components when I see it. I keep it inside my house overnight. Is there a special winter maintainance routine that I should be following?

For those who wish to scold me for riding in wet weather, anything you say will go completely in one ear and out the other. I don't heed advice from people too whiny to handle chilly weather.

For example, I haven't been able to find a mirror designed for my hybrid's handlebars, even at an awesome local bike shop. I feel disadvantaged when I have to ride in traffic an it bugs me. I also can't find posture info for hybrids.

I ride my bike everywhere and a few months ago, I got tired of being restrained to the sidewalk like a little kid. I set out to learn how to commute properly and, while I feel a little bit more comfortable in light traffic, I still need a lot of help. I recently saw a bike that had something like a "bicycle plate" and a sticker that claimed the owner had a bike license. How can I find that program? Would I benefit from it? I was told to use a teflon-based aerosol regularly. I do this (it's some cerflon formula), but the chain is rusty (it's only two months old!). I commute a ton, so having a noisy chain is driving me crazy and worrying about the damage it is causing is making me worry too. What do I do?

I've heard that mostly dry climates can use the dry lube-it won't pick up as much dust. My climate is Indiana, likely to change every ten minutes. Do I stick with teflon based (which I picked up in the automotive section of Walmart) and just change my lubing routine or do I find something else?
