I feel like I have something stuck in my throat and chest?
It feels as if there is some sort of ball, or just something that is stuck there and whenever i can swallow it moves down to my chest area, if i breathe in hard enough i can feel like there's something there. Could it be gas in that specific area? + don't tell me it's something to do with my tonsils, i'm 100% sure it's not.

And now, all my data and everything is gone, my contacts, pictures and everything. It's replaced with the data from my iPod. What do I do? How do I get my data back before the 'back up' incident?

When I open my computer and I'm just playing games, the monitor turns black after 10 minutes and it shows it as if it's on stand by, and then a second later the computer restarts and this happens all over again.
